Summary:
Monroe looks at Nick, with his bright blue eyes and his silly teenage boy hair cut, and he thinks maybe it isn't so silly, that Barry thought they were together. It should be ridiculous, a Grimm and a Blutbad, and it kind of was, but right now, Monroe saw it as a whole different type of hilarious. It was trying to find every one's shoes at night when Barry and Roddy left to go out to eat, or slipping a few dollars in Gracie's pocket before she and Hansen left in the morning. It was Holly curled up on the floor with her head on Nick's knee waiting for her mom to come pick her up. It was beers at midnight, when the house was quiet, and coffee in the morning when it wasn't so peaceful.
Review:
Here is a well-written fic showing Nick and Monroe dealing with what happens after the cases mainly with the different teenage wesen they meet through the serie.
I really enjoy the interactions between all the characters. The way the author makes them becoming a family in spite of -or maybe because of- their differences is especially well-done. The dialogs are spot on and the relationships between Nick, Monroe and the kids are well-crafted. The secondary characters are great and really add to the story.
I also greatly enjoy the pace of this sweet domestic fic. The story never feels rushed which is quite a feat to accomplish in less than 10000 words.

When Nick hears word of another potential Ziegevolk, he and Monroe must go undercover as a couple at a cozy bed and breakfast to investigate. But what they discover during a long weekend spent there, however, neither could ever have predicted.
Review:
I'm a sucker for fics in which the main characters fake being a couple during an under-cover investigation. But this one is especially well-written.
VampirePam takes the time to set a well-thought crime and to plot a real case-file fic.
The characters are clearly in character and their banter is spot on. I love the enthusiasm shown by Monroe in the first parts...
Monroe and Nick relationships evolution feel very much real neither rushed nor slow.
I also enjoyed the OC. They are necessary to the fic and written with both care and competence. So go and read it now. You won't regret it.

Agent Phil Coulson really does have a cellist in Portland, but it's not exactly what anyone thinks.
Review:
This fic is so great I'm reccing it only one day after it has been posted. What can I say, it's just a long entertaining fic with a bit of everything you might enjoy.
On one hand, you can enjoy this story with no knowledge of "Grimm" and only a few notions from "The Avengers". But if you know both, Coulson's line about a "cellist in Portland" is just the best thing ever. This crossover is well-balanced, and neither fandom is forgotten.
On the other hand, the plot is very well-written and the developments are amazing. The succession of actions is well-thought and you can see everything happening. The sum of details is just wonderful.
Finally, the characters are just amazing. The friendships and romances (past and present) are well-done. And the evolutions of all those relationships are never rushed. And you really feel for the characters.

In this fic, DizzyDrea highlights Juliette's role and what could happen if Nick had been able to tell her the truth about who he is and what he does. Juliette is shown as a competent woman. And her characterization is really well-done.
The interactions of all the characters are great. I especially liked Juliette view on Monroe.

Marie Kessler never made it to Portland. Nick and Monroe end up meeting in a slightly less dramatic fashion.
Review:
Here is an interesting AU. The "What if" is well-chosen and the author doesn't shy away from the consequences of what the changes implied. The case is interesting and the plot rings true.
The characters are also well-written there interactions are spot on. I liked the relationships between Monroe and Nick of course. But the author doesn't forget Hank or Juliette and that make it all the more interesting. Some of their smallest interactions are quite charming especially in the last chapter.

In the aftermath of the Lowen Games, Nick makes sure Monroe's okay.
Review:
Grimm is an American fantasy/mystery/crime drama series on NBC. It has been described as "a cop drama—with a twist... a dark and fantastical project about a world in which characters inspired by Grimms' Fairy Tales exists".
The main character, Detective Nick Burkhardt, discovers he is descended from an elite line of criminal profilers known as "Grimms," charged with keeping balance between humanity and the mythological creatures of the world. He is frequently helped by Monroe, a reformed Blutbaden.
This fic takes place just after the 12th episode, 'Last Grimm Standing'.
Nick is helping Monroe after he has been hurt. I love how the author shows the evolution of the relationship between Nick and Monroe through small touchs. For such a short story it's quite evocative and sweet.
According to csi_sanders1129, it's a pre-slash Nick/Monroe fic but I think it can also be read as a gen story. The future relationship is a bit hinted at but it's not in full view and that doesn't mess this story at all.
