Summary: Eliot's their hitter, and taking on any physical threats to the team is his job, but there's something beyond professionalism – even beyond the obvious fact that Eliot relishes the fight itself – in the way he puts his body between Parker or Alec and any potential threat. Alec has a good view of Eliot's back on a lot of jobs, and he reads something in the tight line of Eliot's shoulder, in the slow turn of his foot as he steps into a fighting stance.
Something possessive.
Review: This is an interesting take on both a post-canon fic and a fic for our favorite trio of thieves to get together.
Even though the fic is narrated from Alec's POV, it is very much centered around Eliot and his changing role in the team. I'm glad to see it after the recklessness that was shown in the Rundown Job, our only Canon evidence of how a team of just Eliot, Alec, and Parker would function.
The romance is nice and slow building, and different enough to feel right for people who see the world as differently as Parker and Eliot seem to. The first fic covers their getting together.
The second fic in the series is kink heavy so make sure you read the tags

Summary: Things are going pretty well for the Leverage crew until Lindsey McDonald shows up on their doorstep. Then, not so much.
Review: "Excellent." Nate rubbed his hands together briskly. "Let’s go steal some souls."
So my usual reaction to any crossover somehow equating one character to another played by the same actor across both shows is a lot of eyerolling. But I was looking for Angel fics to rec which were more current than my old favourites because I haven't read in this fandom since the end of the show, and somehow was sucked into this story despite my misgivings of the crossover treatment. And there you go, because here I am reccing it.
This jaunt manages to give even space to all of its assorted cast, integrating the worlds of both fandoms, providing the Angel Investigations crew just as much to blink about as they discover how the Leverage bunch do business as the Leverage crew discovering that demons and vampires are real. I think nearly all of the cast get little moments between each other one-on-one, though I admit to being especially fond of Parker and Illyria's little bonding. And Nate and Lorne's... not-really-bonding.
"So, you’re criminals."
"You could say that, sure. If you wanted to be…" Nate waved the glass as he searched for the word.
"Accurate?"
Close enough. "Accurate, right. We like to say we pick up where the law leaves off. And you’re a demon from another dimension with a thing for Judy Garland, and Angel’s a vampire with a soul who helps the hopeless. Catchy."
On the Angel side of things, as someone who hadn't previously felt compelled to seek out any post-finale fic, I was surprised how moved I was to see the gang back together again even without Wesley. It filled a hole I hadn't realised was there, particularly in the way of rectifying how canon left us on Lorne and Lindsey.
And that explanation for Christian Kane's presence in both shows as different characters? Is actually integral to the plot and the continued existence of Lindsey MacDonald post-Not Fade Away in a very satisfying fashion.

Summary: A one-night-stand becomes a whole lot more. If only life were that simple.
Review: I basically re-read this fic twice, back to back, because it was just so much fun! It takes place after the end of the Loser's movie and during an alternate time-line ending for the Leverage.(If you haven't seen the end of Leverage you won't be spoiled, since this was written before that came out.)
Jensen and Carlos pick Eliot up for a one night stand and everything spirals out from there. What I like so much about this completely impossible pairing is that in Carlos and Jensen, Eliot is able to find people who can match him for dangerous and who he doesn't have to hide from.
It's a nice change of pace from a lot of the Eliot/Hardison/Parker stories I've read where Eliot tries to forget about or downplay his past.
Even though you don't see them for most of the story Hardison and Parker are still awesomely bad-ass and In character. The story isn't as dark as the warnings make it out to be, but that being said please read with caution.

Review:
I've got to be honest, I very nearly skipped this fic because of its summary, which is why I won't repeat it here. But hiding behind it is a wonderful, well-written fic, that's about three men who find each other and support each other in their extraordinary life-styles and that doesn't shirk the difficulties that arise if a third partner joins an already established relationship, especially one that has his own troubled past.
In the end it was the intriguing pairing that drew me in, but what kept me reading was the interesting characterization of the two characters I did know, and especially Leverage's Eliot.
It's definitely worth a read if you're into any of the featured fandoms.

A mastermind, and two hitters walk into a bar. For a short fic this story packs a real punch and leaves you wanting more and more. I particulalry like Parker as an academy student. And the number of details Jedi-Buttercup manages to pack inot the story is truly impressive.

Summary: Once upon a time there was a young woman who did not believe in the impossible. She ate fortune cookies for breakfast and Doritos for dinner, she picked locks for the hell of it, and she often wondered if she would ever truly fit in anywhere. Then something very strange happened, and this young woman was forced to face the unbelievable, the fantastic, the extreme. Alice fell down a rabbit hole, Parker…well, she fell somewhere else entirely.
Review: This is a hilarious not-quite-fusion of Leverage and The Wizard Of Oz in which Parker finds herself in Oz and she has to make her way to Emerald City. It plays fast and loose with Oz-canon, and in my opinion that just makes it better.

Review: The Leverage Team takes a job in Santa Barbara and of course Shawn Spencer gets drawn in. He and Eliot get closer too each other, but then Eliot has to skip town when the job goes south. When Shawn disappears from Santa Barbara, Eliot is pulled out of hiding.
This is a fast-paced crossover, capturing both the humor and the action of Leverage and Psych. Throw in a more or less unexpected dash of Stargate and you've got a long read full of adventure and relationships and character-building that is thoroughly enjoyable.

Summary: Eliot was created in a lab, a cybernetic soldier. Now he's trying to learn how to be human, finding a family and falling in love along the way.
Review: There's not a lot of long Leverage fic out there, and even less well written AUs but The Tin Man manages to capture what we've seen of Eliot in canon and takes it that little step further, so that you've got a captivating, beautiful story that is just long enough to satisfy you even though you wish it were longer.
And while the characterization of Eliot was what drew me into the story, the rest of the cast is also handled very well. There are a thousand little details - Hardison's almost stalker-ish behaviour towards his team mates, Parker's general weirdness and Sophie's and Nate's relationship - and that is what makes this one of my favorite fics in this fandom.

Hardison asks Parker out. That was a mistake.
This is a hysterical look into the mind of Parker as she tries to understand interpersonal relationships. She doesn't do very well (and I really, really want to give Hardison a hug by the end), but it's exceedingly entertaining to watch her try. A fun, fabulous team fic.

Hardison is taken to hack Extremis, what’s not to love about that? I loved his narration and the interplay between the two canons. Hardison is both hilarious and seriously geeky, which is how I love him ☺.
