Summary: After the events in the Superman Returns movie, Clark's life changes as he realizes there's someone who sees him for everything he is and it isn't Lois. Richard and Lois' lives change as they grow apart and new opportunities and realizations about themselves threaten what they've built.

Review: After the events of Superman Returns, Richard figures out Clark's real identity. Realizing that Jason is Superman's son and not his, he decides that Clark should be a part of his, Lois, and Jason's lives. Lois doesn't take it well and things just keep getting worse.

As I've mentioned before I love fics where the relationship between people is the focus, rather than the white-elephant of superpowers and this is a good representation of the genre.

I have two problems with this fic, the first is the sex scenes which feel rather contrived and the second is the ending which is more clichely 'happily ever after' than I prefer. Even with these weaknesses, it is a solid fic that deals with issues that most Superman fics avoid and does it well.
