Ryan is Not Gay. Not even a little bit. Completely, totally *not* *gay*. No matter how supportive Gabriella is, Ryan is just not gay. Really.

This is a total piece of fluff -- Gabrielle is cutely determined, everyone else is trying to be supportive, Sharpay is traumatized by the fact Ryan was keeping this deep secret to himself, Ryan is horrified by the fact that absolutely no one is listening to him, and Chad is providing the gay porn. Whee!

While Ryan's histrionics and revenge plans are entertaining, Chad is the true star of the fic: snarky, shameless, and utterly awesome, he totally makes this fic work. And now I have a bit of a crush on him.

In the end you have a funny, fluffy, wonderfully appealing story that should entertain just about anyone, even if you aren't a fan of High School Musical.
