Hi everyone!  I just wanted to pop in to give you some updates on what's been going on at ER lately.

First, and most exciting, we have three new reccers (who, between the three of them, are covering a *ton* of new fandoms:)  Please help us welcome trace_by_echo, slyprentice, and lolitakun!

(For those who are curious, invitations were issued based on whether the reccer offered recs in fandoms not currently covered by ER, whether the recs included all of the required information (including summary), and how many recs the person posted.  We also filled all of our available reccing slots before we ran out of people to invite, which gives me great hope for the future of the comm.  Thanks to everyone who has posted recs to our reader's rec posts!)

Second, due to the increased number of staff, ER is going seven days a week, starting Jan 1st.

Third, to celebrate all of the above (and, you know, the holidays:) we're going to be having a Yuletide theme week beginning December 24th and going through December 31st, so keep an eye out for lots of holiday-themed recs and recs from the Yuletide archive.
