Summary: Balthazar Blake, and the wind-tossed branches of his rather peculiar family tree.

Review: Pretty much what the summary says. Balthazar Bake and all his unfortunate look-alike Nephews. From Johnny Blaze to Behman to John Milton, they've all got a touch of the family curse.

For a series based almost completely on the idea of a Cage-verse where Nicholas Cage's various movies exist in the same universe. Johnny Blaze, Behman, & John Milton are all sufficiently different for being played by the same actor and the supporting actors/actresses really make the series shine.

So if your in the mood for a dysfunctoinal family story fit for Thanksgiving give this series a whirl.

Thank you so much for the rec! ♥

I definitely intend for there to be more to this series, by the way, probably in February or March; I'll be adding at least Ben Gates from National Treasure and Cris Johnson from NEXT to the collection of 'nephews'.

Intriguing rec & concept, I'll definitely have to check this one out!

Just a double check:
*is the first fandom listed "Sorcerer's Assistant" or "Sorcerer's Apprentice"?
*would the tags "genre: family" or "genre: drama" be appropriate to tack on?
