Michael makes his presence known and Dean realizes they might have a chance to survive this after all.

I wavered for a long time about reccing this – it’s incredibly short and, well, we’re not called epic_recs for nothing – but decided it was well worth sharing no matter the word count. Based during season five of Supernatural, aeon_entwined does a wonderful job of showing just how easily these two universes fit together without having to lose characterization. While I do admit that this short might have been better served as a prelude to a longer fic, it still manages to convey a fun idea in a simple package.
