Review:
Most "Love Mode" stories that involve Takamiya and Izumi tend to follow the tone set up by the manga: Takamiya hilariously pursuing the object of his affections while Izumi (unsuccessfully) tries to fend him off. Tanzi goes in a different, but entirely plausible, direction – she shows us a glimpse of the future, where a much more mature Izumi finally comes to accept his feelings (though he still doesn't want to shout about them from rooftops) and the reaction he has to those who do not understand them. The story is short, but sweet and beautiful.
