Review:
Ray inexplicably finds himself in the middle of a giant snowfield and the only other person around is Bob Fraser. Poor Ray. Is it a dream? Or maybe...something worse? Strange conversations, the most awesomely improbable cabin in the history of ever, and Bob-ness ensue.

This is one of those brilliant short stories that perfectly fits its length. Ray's confusion, then humor, then confusion, then massive, massive angst all move forward in a fantastically in-character, plausible fashion and Bob's contributions are spot-on. And to top it all off, you get a touch of humor here and there to lighten the angst-fest. A lovely story.

I love this story, but I always leave it wishing Berty gave us a glimpse into Ray's recovery and the beginning of their relationship...mainly because I'm greedy. Ah, the angst and the happy ending; can't get enough.

Hee! I nearly always wish for stories to be longer, but in this particular case I think I'd prefer a sequel. Though I'd *really* like a sequel (*hint* *hint* to any Bertie's that might be reading:)
