Summary:This Halloween, Stiles is being a "Hapless Partygoer Entangled In a Hellish Time Vortex with Derek." Unfortunately, it's not a costume. And they're trapped. And it's getting worse.

Review:
This is beautifully written. It's pre-slash, but there's strong hints of romance/sexual tension. This fic explores the trust that's implicit between post-3a Derek and Stiles, behind a backdrop of well-crafted Buffy-inspired creepy MOTW shenanigans.

The style might not be for everyone, because it's an unreliable Stiles POV, but give it a chance because it is perfectly executed, the Stiles voice is entertaining and the dialogue had me pausing to just relish it.

But the star of this fic is definitely the Sterek relationship - just the handholding conveys so much between them. Plus it has a fantastic creepy surreal atmosphere for a great Halloween read.

Review:
A Serpent is Entwined by a Serpent is unapologetically brutal, dark, and sinister in its delivery. The author also happens to take my two most favourite movie-verse characters and write them in a way that’s both believable and compelling. While the characterization is flawless (IMO) the mood and pacing are also delivered very well. It’s rare to find fic that can balance these elements so effortlessly, and A Serpent is Entwined by a Serpent manages to do so in only three chapters. It leaves you with no loose ends and a conclusion you’ll be thinking about for days after the fact. Warnings taken into consideration, if you’re up for cheering on a fighter like Maggie to the bitter end, I cannot recommend this fic enough <3.

Review:
One of the best horror fics I've read in the Transformers fandom. Creepy, shivery, the tension builds until you're on the edge of your seat and then the final realization hits. This fic stuck with me for days, truly chilling!
