Review: Patrick is so angry in this fic, it just feels honest. So often stories with transgender narrators become wrapped up in the issues surrounding being transgender, or try so very hard to make everything normal that they don’t take into account the differences in narrative that come along with this type of narrative.

Patrick in this story is brutally honest about what makes him who he is but never to the point that it interferes with the story.
