I originally had a completely different fic in mind for Fluff Week, but the minute I finished this I just knew I had to rec it. ragdoll987 lays down the fluff without making the characters act OOC and while managing to bring some beautiful character interaction. Babs is adorable, Jimmy absolutely endearing, Bruce extremely charming and the Commissioner surprisingly crafty. All in all, a delightful, lighthearted fic.
