Review:
This fic can be read as Gen, but it definitely contains elements of pre-slash. An unsuspecting Leon is told by a man in Chinatown that Count D is being courted by a well known crime boss, and because of this Leon should stay away from the pet shop.

I love this story for its oblivious!Leon, unable or unwilling to figure out why he's so bothered by the idea of Count D having a suitor. Count D's scheme to deter his 'suitor' is satisfying to see played out, their conversation a fun read. It's fun and fluffy with a sinister edge, and has great banter between Leon and D.
