As a rule, I detest high school AUs. Luckily this isn’t a high school AU in the classical sense. It’s a ‘Gerard in his basement phase’ fic. And who doesn’t love that.

The characterization in this one is spot on. For the short period of time Mikey and Ray are present in this one, they’re perfect. And Frank and Gerard are simply adorable as younger versions of the guys we know and love so well.
