Summary: What if Tim had followed Jason to Ethiopia? Tim follows Jason to Ethiopia when he tries to find his mother. At a critical moment Tim acts to save his hero, changing everything as a result of that one moment of bravery.

Review: This is a new version of how Tim came to be one of the Bat Clan. It starts out in Ethiopia and spirals out from there. One of the things I like most about MeYaRi's writing is how it is very organic in it's growth. Everything makes sense in the narative and you never quite know where things are going to go even if you have hopes.

Tim is a sweety-pie in this one, and so is Dick. But Alfred, Jason, and the Ocs are just awesome. Their views on the bat family are amazing both in their falicies and in their insight.
