Review:
At the end of James' six year at Hogwarts, Harry appears at Godric's Hollow, the victim of a Dark Ritual that has stolen his memories.
The best way to describe the storyline for this fic is to say that it's both beautiful and terrible. Beautiful because it's a love story that defies the laws of time and magic. Terrible because it's a love story that should have never happened.
Neither of these points are ignored in this fic and the author does a wonderful job of getting that across in a short amount of time. The characterization is similarly well thought out, though I have a few qualms with Harry's, as he's a bit more quiet and introspective than one would expect. Overall, however, this story is, if you can overlook the pairing, well worth the read and time spent speculating on what might happen after.
