Review:
Newly minted cop Blair is having a tough time fitting in -- mainly because Jim is on the Blessed Protector warpath. Mix in Kincaid escaping (again), sexual miscommunication (natch), and Blair being put up for a bachelor's auction (without his foreknowledge) and you've got a mix just waiting to explode.

I'm reccing this fic mainly because Blair Is Not A Woobie. Bad things happen to him (of *course*), but he knows who he is, he knows what he wants, and his spine is very firmly intact. You also have a fantastic showing by the women of the Cascade PD (who are universally awesome), intelligent characters actually being intelligent, and Blair kicking ass. If you like strong, interesting characters in general (and canon Blair in particular) this is a fic to read.
