Review:
This is my comfort fic- two people are forced to confront their feelings as an (evil) rival appears to sweep one of them off to parts unknown, for purposes most sketchy. I loved the attention ella_bane gives to Arthur's backstory, and how fluidly the villain OC, Prince Steffan, fits into it. The changes we see between the Arthur of the past and the Arthur of the present are palpable, and how much growth he's gone through by being with Merlin. Prince Steffan is an excellent villain, and a great character foil to Arthur. There is something about a great, well thought-out villain that makes a romance all the better. This is a fun, refreshing romantic adventure and a solid entry to paperlegends Big Bang.
