“Dr. Horrible carries his device (it doesn’t have a name yet, but he’s been mentally referring to it as "That Empathy Thing") with him on heists for a week and a half before Captain Hammer finally shows up.”

Like any other Joss-fan out there I awaited “Dr. Horrible” with bated breath. After watching the final part (and after crying like a baby) this was the fic I wanted to read. It has the Dr. Horrible/Captain Hammer relationship with all of the humor you could hope for and little of the angst the end of the video left us with. Also it shows remarkable intuition into why Billy became Dr. Horrible. The ending of this was too sudden, but otherwise this is a remarkably cute fic.
