When he’s fourteen years old, Jensen’s parents get taken away for anarchy. Years later, as a trainer, he meets intern Jared. It doesn’t take long for Jared to make him start questioning everything.

This fic is one of those ones that is really good up to a point. The world the author created was truly unique. This vision of a dystopian future is simply fascinating. Jared and Jensen’s relationship is captivating. On the other hand, there are a few spots that need a grammar check. And the ending of this fic is really abrupt. All in all, though, this is a really interesting fic with more good than bad.
