You know, normally when I read a short story, my very first thought is "I wish that had been longer". (Oh, who am I kidding? When I read an *epic*, my first thought is usually "I wish that had been longer"). So when I say that this story is the perfect length, you know it means something (what also means something: it took me a month to find this fic again, because I could have sworn it was about 200K longer than it actually was.)
In Game Day, Greg tries to find some common point of interest with Nick, except they really don't have one, so he fakes an interest in football. And gets invited over to watch the game. And proceeds to fall in love with Nick even more than he had been before. Nick and Greg are perfectly in character, there really is enough development (despite the brevity of the story as a whole) so that their growing relationship seems natural, and there's a running joke about money that proves to be unbelievably cute and occasionally poingant. A lovely, well-written story.

Hey everyone,
I've been doing my best to track down the stories I want to rec in smaller fandoms (unfortunately I never anticipated running a reccing community and so never kept a record of where I found fic), and for the most part I've been successful. Sports Night, however, continues to challenge me. I've managed to find four stories, but I know there are quite a few more out there (and everywhere I look I only find short fic).
So, the favor: could anyone who is conversant in the locations of all things Sports Night please send me a link of a central location (if one exists)? If not, would it be possible to get a list of the longer stories in the fandom with authors and/or links? If I can find enough of them, I plan on doing a theme week, like last week's Due South Week.
Thanks!
Jane
