Review:

This is a “pretending to be gay” fic, but don’t for a moment think that it’s the same old cliché. No one admits, maybe, just maybe that they are gay, and the boy doesn’t get the boy at the end. And normally, I’d balk at the mention of an ambigulously unhappy ending, but this fic has one thing going for it that kept me going: Sylar lying and taking on a new persona to hide his true self. This is a really interesting concept to explore in fic that people don’t do that much. perdiccas handles it especially well, and makes Sylar into the manipulative and violent sociopath that I know and love. I disagree a bit with her characterization of Mohinder in this fic, but it’s not really important in the grand scheme of the fic.
