Review:
After nearly dying in a bomb blast and losing most of his memories, Lex suddenly finds himself in a position to start over. Penniless, maimed, and with a new name, he still manages to make a difference in his community. Then he meets a boy named Jerome Kent (with dark hair and green eyes, imagine that) and things really get interesting.

Dolimir has a good eye for unexpected AUs that work and this fic is no exception. Despite the drastic changes in his life, Lex remains Lex, and it's fascinating to see what he's capable of when he's no longer saddled with the Luthor name and fortune. Couple this with a good Clark and a fantastic roster of OCs (not a Mary/Gary Sue in the bunch, thank goodness) and you have a story that just gets better with every re-read.
