Review:
When Jeeves's sister passes away, Bertie accompanies his valet to the funeral.

This is a rarity among J&W fic: a serious, thoughtful story told from Bertie's POV.  I wouldn't have thought it could be done, but the author not only has pulled it off, but she's made it look easy.  Bertie is sweet and supportive as Jeeves attempts to maintain his stoic facade (which Bertie sees through immediately, natch), and it's so easy to see why Jeeves would fall in love with him.  You also have a bevy of simply brilliant OCs in Jeeves's family, and by the end of the story I was wishing that we could have seen more of them (from me, there's no higher praise for an OC).  Beautiful and touching.
