Review:
During the final battle against Voldemort, Harry is very nearly killed. In fact, the only thing that saves him is Severus, who uses a spell to share his own life force with Harry. Unfortunately, neither Severus nor Harry nor anyone else for that matter knows exactly what the spell will entail in the long run.

Oh, and Neville is the one to actually kill Voldemort. Wicked!

The characterizations are particularly interesting in this story, especially that of Severus, who we only see from Harry's POV and who manages to encompass every aspect of canon!Snape: mysterious, irracable, unhappy, and honorable. And, of course, deeply fascinating to fanfic readers everywhere. You also have a great Hermione and a Neville that not only is more developed than he ever was in canon, but who also has his own storyline. There should be more Neville!fic.

Nym is quite clear on the fact that she considers this story incomplete and to some extent I understand where she's coming from. Certainly the last half of the story could have been expanded (especially the last 50 KB, which feels a little unresolved). On the other hand, the story as it stands is entertaining, well-written, and deeply satisfying which, quite frankly, is as much as you can as of a story. Especially one that will take you all day to read. Viva la epics!
