The whole series is excellent, with plenty of angst, humor, and romance mixed up in an extremely well-written and delicious package. But this, this particular story is MADE of hilarious! If you know the fandom, you don't really need to know anything more about this AU than that John and Rodney never went to Atlantis, and are living together on a farm in Iowa, where they are raising their adopted son. Really, you don't even have to know the fandom--you just have to have seen a small child at some point in your life.

Review: This parody manages to hit almost every cliche in the Gundam Wing fandom. Duo is the princess. The Perfect soldier knows nothing of the world outside of missions (including the definition of the word marry ). The boys go to a club and like modern music. The characterization tends to be more towards an extreme fannish interpretation, particularly for the minor characters, but even that just adds to the hilarity.

Bottom Line: I was grinning and giggling through almost the entirety of this fic, which, given it's length (+100,000 words) is amazing.
