While I hoped that my first rec here would be a long one, I just couldn't resist the opportunity to rec this for Small Fandoms Week. :)

This fic is one that I've read only recently and each time I reread it, it doesn't fail to make me smile. It takes what we know from canon and integrates it into this fic's AU. When I first read it, I was just as confused as Chuck -- wondering what AU I managed to get into. But Shellybo4 manages to make the canon into fanon and the fanon into canon, making it oh-so-believable. :)

As much as I love gruff!Casey, I loved him more in this fic. It shows him as a complete teddy bear to the people he loves. The author has kept Chuck as he is, the clueless Chuck with a heart of gold.
