Summary: Gerard's feathers brushed Frank's beak. "Quack," Gerard said, for want of something better to say.
Review: The story in which white bread is a drug, there is a duck revolution, and Spenser is NOT fat (just big boned).
I considered reccing this for the humor theme week a little while back, but decided to wait a bit. Until I could figure out how to describe this wonderfully cracky and hilarious story. I still haven't figured it out but I'm going to give it my best shot. Because this story is just to awesome to miss.
The boys are ducks. That's right ducks! Of course that doesn't stop Gerard from being a revolutionary; Frank from dive bombing people; or Patrick from being long-suffering. If anything all these traits are just exaggerated by their duckish forms. Even once you stop being amazed by the duckish social structures and society; your sure to be impressed by the world building and the amount of history that is packed into the story.
