Review: Things took a darker turn after Lionel sent Lex to Belle Reeve. Instead of just making him forget about Lionel killing his grandparents, Lionel brainwashed him completely.

Pyrrhic is the story of how Lex discovered the truth and his attemts to recover from the emotional and physical scars left behind by his years unders Lionel's thumb. For as dark as this story is, the romance between Clark and Lex is surprisingly sweet.

This is actually one of my go to fics when I want a good Superman!Clark/Lex story. Superman is willing and able to step in and take care of Lex's needs. While Lex is broken but not weak. When Clark can't handle something he steps up and kicks butt. Even if that means going to Wayne towers and chewing Bruce Wayne out.On the darker side of things, this story deals with some really dark and horrible stuff. It's not for the faint of heart, though things are kept as tasteful as a story like this can be.

One of the few weak points of this fic, is that it hops POVs without much warning, this happens less and less often towards the end of the fic, but it can be a bit jarring when you first start reading.
