Jensen needs someone to help him take care of his cattle farm. When out-of-work actor Jared hears about this over drinks, he takes him up on the offer of a new job as ‘wife’.

This is one of my all-time favorite fics in Supernatural RPS fandom. Both Jared and Jensen are spot-on. This universe is amusing, and despite the endless amount of money Jensen seems to have from nowhere, fairly believable. The relationship between the two is everything a reader could ask for. Best of all, this fic feels far more epic than its length shows. And it’s concluded at the perfect spot. This is a great read, and better yet, a great reread.
