Review:
Yet another 'Blair decides to leave after TS by BS'. This time, Jim finds out in time to stop him.

What can I say? I'm a total sucker for well-written post-TSbyBS fics and this is one of the best. Jim is less of an asshole than in canon (in fact, the author mentions that she wrote this fic to help redeem his character), Simon calls everyone out for their stupid behavior, and Blair manages to stay just on the right side of the martyr line. Add some really wonderful angst and the boys finally talking to each other and you have a great post-series fic that manages to be powerful without being melodramatic. A wonderful story.

Note: I'm including a link to the sequel, written by Veronica. It didn't do much for me (too short, I think), but for those who are interested it's a quiet coda to the original fic with a smidgeon of non-explicit smut.
