Virgin(to gay sex)!Duncan fic! Whee! It's hard to find good virgin!fic in Highlander, since most authors can't help but nudge the reader about how ridiculous it is to think that a four hundred (or five thousand) year old man has managed to avoid any specific kind of sex act. Aristide handles that aspect of the story exceptionally well simply by not making a fuss about it, especially at the beginning (and it helps that Duncan's exceedingly drunk when taking that first step).

The story as a whole is kind of hard to sum up, because you've got the beginning with the goofiness of Mac stumbling over Methos's gay porn and the subsequent drunken request for experimentation, and then you have the sex, and the angst, and the sex again, and the angst again, and -- well, you get the point. You'll want to smack both Duncan and Methos at times in this story, repeatedly, but at the same time you'll want to give them a hug, because man, do these guys have issues. And we love them for it.
