Title: A Man of Integrity by Lemon Drop
Fandom: The Sentinel
Pairing: Jim/Blair
Categories: drama, case-file, post-series
Length: long
Warnings: n/a

Author on LJ: n/a?
Website: n/a?

Review:
Post-series, Blair has become a detective and is working in Major Crimes as Jim's partner. While Jim is away at a conference, Simon asks Blair to go undercover in Homicide to investigate possible corruption. Blair finds more than he ever expected, about the job, about himself, and about Jim.

This is an intriguing story, especially with regards to the characterization of Jim: a flawed man, but one who has endured much and who has finally found some measure of peace, peace which is threatened by what Blair's case reveals. Add in an interesting investigation (though not a mystery, per se), some well-drawn OCs, Blair being competent (and being *allowed* to be competent), and Simon being even more awesome than usual and you end up with a satisfying, thought-provoking read.

suggestion?
i was trying to find a post for suggestions, or a tag, but couldnt find any, so i hope its okay to just jump in?

years ago, before I came to lj , i run across a multifandom het crossover, which is really epic and huge, and its been such a fantastic read for me, since there were so many fandoms incorporated , that i loved as shows, i thought, maybe some of you guys here are also intersted:

Re: suggestion?
Thank you! We always like recs from our readers:)

I'm going to guess that some of the fandoms in this crossover are small fandoms. Next week is a small fandom theme week so we'll be posting a small fandom RR post (where readers can post recs to us). You might want to suggest this there as well, since those tend to get more visibility than individual rec posts.

Thanks again!

cool!
yep, some of them are small, (coz the original writer, Steve, has already written this over 10 years ago?) and some are large (like Buffy and HL aren't really small, they are maybe just not so present at LJ anymore, because their TV airing time has been long over).

if i am around next week, i will certainly rec is there!

plus , it helps that they have a list of must reads, that makes it easier to understand that entire AU crossover AU verse:
