When they started this, there were very serious rules. No strings attached. Somewhere along the way, that was simply impossible.

Despite the inevitable angst that comes with storylines like this one, I found this fic to be a fun and non-demanding read. I loved Chloe’s self-imposed obliviousness to things sliding sideways in her “no strings attached” relationship with Oliver and how, when everything it put on the table, it doesn’t necessarily make things all right. Though some of the dialog does get a bit too saccharine for me at times, I’d still recommend it if you’re looking for something to put a smile on your face.
