Review:
The long and short of the show Entourage is that it's all about Hollywood and the movie business, and from what I can tell, it's pretty accurate in the details. There's the break-out movie star, Vince, his BFF/manager/boyfriend Eric, his Z-list half-brother Johnny Drama, and Turtle, who is, well, Turtle, who live together in Vince's house . Vince has a crazy, batshit insane awesome agent, Ari Gold. Who, for all his faults (which are impressive in both size and quantity) who both loves them and wants to kill them. This show is super-gay, and I speak from experience, as a fan of both The Sentinel and Supernatural. Oh Ari Gold, I love thee so. You were the only thing that kept me going with the series, despite triggering my massive, massive drug use and embarassment squicks. You are awesome. This fic celebrates the batshit insanity that is Ari Gold through the eyes of his criminally overworked, undersexed assistant Lloyd, who is left to deal with a crisis of epic proportions, and try not to have a nervous breakdown in the process. This fic is funny and crazy, and definitely worth the read for the awkward, awkward conversations between Lloyd, Turtle and Drama.
