When Billy is well enough to travel (after, you know, getting absolutely ravaged by pteradons), he and Alan return to the US. Those first few days? Are mighty awkward. (And that little crush he has on Alan isn't helping any.)

Jurassic Park III is one of those very few fandoms where I finished watching the movie and immediately went online to find fanfic. Only, there wasn't any. I've waited *years* to find a story in this fandom and I can't tell you how happy I am to find a story that's this fantastic. Billy's reacclimation (and that pesky little crush) is sweet and a little sad, but with all kinds of hope for the future. Mix in quirky Alan and a fabulous cameo by Ellie, and you have a lovely glimpse in what might have happened after the credits rolled.
