Review:
Jeeves quits (*again*), this time while on vacation. A frantic Bertie tries to talk him into coming back via a deluge of telegrams and letters. Jeeves, unfortunately, is being very tight-lipped about why he is staying away, though he does somehow keep producing replacement valets for Bertie. But those won't do! They forget to put olives in the martinis!

I don't think I've ever read a story that nails Bertie and Jeeves's writing voices so well, while at the same time carrying through as much emotion as a hundred pages of dialogue. Every telegram and letter is a treat in itself, but the cumulative impact is remarkably powerful and sweet and I defy anyone to read this fic and not end up feeling all warm and fuzzy inside. Simply adorable.
