Review:
This story begins where the usual Stargate off-world story ends: with Jack and Daniel making a mad dash for the 'gate. However, this time instead of making it through with seconds to spare, they miss. And are stuck on an uninhabited world with a completely inaccessible stargate and no other way to make it home. The focus of this fic is on Daniel, as he deals with his guilt over his need for knowledge being the reason the lunge for the stargate was necessary and the way that decision ends up affecting Jack. It's a take on the "last person on Earth" situation, with a little kick and a bit of romance to smooth the way.
