The summary seriously made me crack up. AND, not many stories have a warning that is five times as long as its story summary. Despite the questionable warning section, I believe this to be a 'coming-of-age' sort of story. It's about Harry falling in love, gets his heart broken, and really falling in love again. It's about Draco stopping being a brat and finally growing up (and regains his libido, which, is totally worth growing up for). It's also about Lucius Malfoy being...well, being Lucius Malfoy.

This story also comes with a charming set of supporting characters including Remus&Sirius (Harry's loving-but-unfortunately-straightANDsingle-and-therefore-not-much-help-with-the-being-gay-and-young-and-have-his-heart-broken-part-of-their-ward's-life legal guardians) and Blaise (Draco's not-so-supportive-and-without-benefits best friend). A delightful read!
