When the Magic Box is invaded by a kitten, Xander takes it to the shelter. But when he finds out there’s no more room for pets, Xander agrees to take the little guy home. He’s not sure, though, how he also agrees to go out with Dr. Reynolds—a very male Dr. Reynolds.

EntreNous is one of my go-to authors for fluffy fics, and this is one of my favorites by her. Spike is adorable in his shiftiness. The Xander-babble is perfect in this one. And best of all, it’s a pet fic that actually gets pet personality down perfectly. A fun read when you’re in the mood for something sweet.
