Review:
Good Card Captor Sakura fic is unfortunately scarce, which makes me sad as it's my favourite anime. This story, though short, is definitely a good CCS fic. Not much really happens; it's more of a Touya character study, and an exploration of the relationship between him and his father. It's true that in canon we don't see much interaction between Touya and Fujitaka, and when we do it's pretty formal. This fic puts forth potential explanations for their polite distance and has an interesting look at Touya's childhood, which we never actually see, and also touches on his interactions with Yuki and Sakura during the canon timeline. Touya/Yuki is very subtly hinted at, but I tagged it as Gen because it's so vague.
