Review:
As a bitterly single 20-something, it's hard for me to not choke up in seething envy when presented with a happily engaged couple. But somehow, I managed to tamp down my gag reflex long enough to read this fic, and I'm really glad I did. Yes, this is yet another modern-day Merlin AU with romantic comedy trappings, and no, there aren't many redeeming features for people who, unlike me, are sick to death of the genre. But, if you are a fan, I think you'll find it's a cute, sweet AU about the trials of planning a wedding. Merlin and Arthur are so put-upon in the story, I just want to smoosh their cheeks and tuck them away under some comfy blankets.
