Review:
When Jon starts with Panic! he doesn’t realize it’s going to be like this. He knows Brendon, Ryan, and Spencer are in a relationship. But for some reason that translates to him wanting more than he can have. When he meets Mikey, Mikey can tell right away. And that pisses him off, until he realizes why. After all, Mikey wants something he can’t have just as much as Jon does.

Despite the fact that Mikey and Jon’s relationship in this is nothing shy of the sweetest thing in history, the story itself is angst incarnate. Both sets of bandmates are just cruel with their kindness.

Because of this, the fic seemed a heck of a lot longer than the medium length it actually was. The reader is brought in right in the middle of both Jon and Mikey falling a little bit apart. It makes their friendship seem even more perfect.
