What's so amazing is not just how House remains *House* even when he's suffering painful withdrawal and the humiliation of group therapy (the *horror*!), but also how kalimyre manages to offset the darker bits of rehab (pain, lack of freedom, dishonesty in other patients) with House's conversations with Wilson.
