Due to RL being really hectic I missed last week's post (sorry about that!). To make up for it, I offer a really epic (over 170,000 words) fic.

Review:  
The “Resurrection”-verse is a set of (so far) three epic length stories written by the same team that wrote The “Classic-verse" (recced here).

Set after the events of the Civil War caused by the Registration, the first story starts off with Doom bringing Captain America back from the dead and goes on to deal with the events that follow. Though the relationship between Steve and Tony (and how the latter deals with his all compassing sense of guilt) is the focal point of the series, it also deals with how the Avengers (and to a minor extent, how the entire hero community) is dealing with the after effects of their inner conflict.

Though the series has a lot of action, the best thing about it is how it deals with the relationship between the characters, be they romantic or not. Great characterization, fantastic writing and a good plot make for a very enjoyable read.
