When Lois gets herself covered in one of Lex's more lethal experiments, Clark begs Lex to heal her. Lex has conditions.

As will surprise absolutely no one here, I love marriage of convenient fics. I also love Smallville future-fics, evil-but-still-redeemable Lex, and clever Clark, which pretty much makes this fic a perfect fit for me. Mix in good writing, great characterizations, and a running commentary on the whole thing by the Daily Show and you have one vastly entertaining, hugely enjoyable fic.
