Review:
I always enjoy reading fic from an outsider's POV, especially when the choice of the narrator adds something to the story. Rhyo's choice of using Simon here is well-done. As both Blair and Jim's friend and boss, his POV is a great way to get insight into their relationship.
This well-written fic is divided in two parts, each one showing the depth of Jim and Blair friendship and their ease with each other.

One small note, I choose to put a PG-13 rating for this fic while the author used a G one due to the characters deaths I mentioned in the warnings.
