Review:
I was looking for something a bit different to rec this week. So I went through some fics with an unusual formatting and I chose this one. I'm not always a fan of those "x times it happened like this and one time it didn't" but it works here.
Oddegg uses this structure to show how Burt Hummel supports his son through the years and it's quite well-done.
I really enjoyed the pre-serie vignettes which are quite insightful and quietly show just how awesome Burt is.

One last thing, this fic was written in 2010. It's clearly a post season 2 story and doesn't follow canon past this date.

Thanks for reccing this! I am totally not a Glee-fic-reader and the only Glee thing I've read was an NCIS cross where Gibbs was Kurt's father or something. Anyay, Burt Hummel is one of my favorite characters of all time. The man is so totally awesome. Burt Hummel being even more awesome? Rocks my world. Thanks!
