Summary:
In which Miss Antonia Stark finds herself sponsor and mentor of Miss Lucy Banner at the behest of the Fury, meets a mysterious American officer, and the fortunes of the brothers Odinson are discussed extensively.

A Regency romance AU
Review:
The thing I like most about this, is it really feel like a regency romance and not a historical romance. There are comedic misunderstandings, scandels and even a run to Gretna Green. It has that witty tone and the characters are in love, but the most you see them do is kiss. Also, while I'm not an expert of the time period, it rings much truer than most historical romances and other tries at the genre.

The second thing I like is how successful the author has transferred the characters personalities. So often in AUs especially ones where someone is gender bent, the character is basically an OC with the name of the canon character. They are non-powered in this so there is no iron man and the like, but they are still translated rather well.

I was at first hesitant about the Bruce/Loki pairing, but don't let it turn you off from the fic. Otherwise you'll miss Dowager Fury, the mysterious Russian beauty Lady Romanova who has Lord Clint dancing in attendance, the rich heiress Tony who views herself to be on the shelf, Jarvis the butler, Pepper the lady's companion, Darcy the gossip, Jane the ward, the regular meetings of like-minded women interested in science, the young Miss Banner having her first season, Loki and Thor turned against each other because the first to marry inherits everything from Odin and a befuddled but amused Captain Rogers who is staying with the Carters to recover from a tragic event.
