While on a vaccination mission, Chekov and McCoy get themselves blessed. And by 'blessed', I mean 'bonded'.

First, I have to admit that this story really is too short for the subject matter. Fortunately that's more than made up for by casspeach's Checkov, who is confident, self-assured, and independent and who kicks more ass than any other Chekov I've read before. Her McCoy is also great, as is Jim (who is little more than a bit player, but is awesome in the time he has), but Chekov is truly the star of the show. Mix in bonding (without a Vulcan involved!) and some sly mpreg humor (that doesn't involve any actual mpreg) and you have a solid, unusual ST bonding fic.
